Stonebeck Wensleydale is a raw milk cheese, made with milk from our small herd of Dairy Shorthorn cattle, a rare breed native to the Yorkshire Dales. Our handmade cheese is pressed and bound in calico before maturing. The farm’s traditional grazing practices, and our commitment to sustainability are reflected in the soft and creamy texture of our artisan cheese, and its unique and delicious flavour.
